Maxim lowered the firm’s price target on Jet.AI (JTAI) to 40c from $8 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company’s Q4 results are not meaningful as management is in the process of selling off its physical aviation assets, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Maxim adds it is reducing its price target on the stock to reflect equity dilution.
