Jet.AI (JTAI) announced that the parties have agreed to extend the outside date of the merger agreement between flyExclusive (FLYX) and Jet.AI to June 30, 2026, with closing expected in the second quarter of 2026. “We’re enthusiastic about the deal and remain fully committed,” said Jet.AI Founder and Executive Chairman Mike Winston. “The SEC review process included comments related to flyExclusive’s disclosures for the 2023 period. The comments were addressed and fully resolved. With that progress, we are moving forward toward closing.”
