Japan’s NEC Corp. weighing offer for CSG Systems, Reuters reports

Japan’s NEC Corp has been talking to advisers about the possibility of making an offer for CSG Systems (CSGS), people familiar with the matter told Reuters. NEC has been working with investment bankers at Morgan Stanley (MS) on a potential offer for CSG, which has explored a sale over the past year, the sources said.
