KeyBanc initiated coverage of Janus Living (JAN) with an Overweight rating and $28 price target Janus is a pure-play senior housing operating real estate investment trust with no outstanding debt, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says a “robust investment landscape” will allow to company to use its initial public offering proceeds within its first year as a public company at attractive yields in the 6%-7% range.
