Jack in the Box (JACK) is considering a potential sale of Del Taco, the taco chain it acquired in 2022, people with knowledge of the matter told Bloomberg’s Crystal Tse. The restaurant operator is working with an adviser on options for Del Taco, according the people, who said the chain could be valued at as much as $200M in a sale.
