J-Star prices 1.25M ordinary shares initial public offering at $4.00 per share

J-Star (YMAT) Holding Co. announced the pricing of its public offering of an aggregate 1.25M ordinary shares of the company. The offering is priced at $4.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “YMAT” on July 30. The offering is expected to close on July 31, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Maxim Group is the sole book-running manager for the offering.
