ITT (ITT) announced that its board of directors has appointed Nazzic Keene to succeed current board chair, Timothy Powers, effective upon Powers’ retirement and following Keene’s election at the May 2026 annual meeting of shareholders. The company had previously disclosed Powers’ plan to retire in 2026. Keene has served as a director of the company since October 2023, and also as a member of its nominating and governance and audit committees.
