Reflecting the conclusion of its strategic review, Iridex (IRIX) is announcing the appointment of Romeo Dizon as the company’s CFO. Dizon replaces Fuad Ahmad, who had served as Interim CFO. Dizon previously worked with Iridex from 2008 to 2020, serving at various times as the company’s Controller, Vice President of Finance, and Interim CFO.
