Irenic submitted bid worth $10-$11 a share for Reservoir Media, Bloomberg says

Activist hedge fund Irenic Capital Management one of Reservoir Media’s (RSVR) largest shareholders, submitted a bid for the independent music publisher this month worth $10 to $11 per share, or about $1.1B to $1.2B, including debt, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg’s Liana Baker and Aaron Weinman.
