Oppenheimer raised the firm’s price target on Invitation Homes (INVH) to $41 from $39 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares following quarterly results. The firm thought limited OpEx growth and occupancy sustaining above pre-COVID levels were notable positives. Rent growth also continues to follow normal seasonality, a positive in Oppenheimer’s view.
