Oppenheimer lowered the firm’s price target on Invitation Homes (INVH) to $38 from $41 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm is updating its Invitation model following Q3 earnings reported last week. These estimates reflect a more conservative outlook for rent growth in the next few quarters. Oppenheimer still anticipates more robust trends in 2026 compared with 2025 as the company digests elevated levels of supply in certain markets.
