Barclays analyst Richard Hightower lowered the firm’s price target on Invitation Homes (INVH) to $36 from $38 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares as part of a Q4 earnings preview for the real estate investment trust group. It reduced apartment and single family rental estimates and targets across the board, which it says “hopefully” resets the bar for a beat-and-raise year in 2025.
