Jefferies analyst Hiroko Sato upgraded Internet Initiative Japan to Buy from Hold with a price target of 2,870 yen, down from 3,250 yen. The firm thinks VMware concerns are already priced in and expects IIJ to face easy year-over-year comparisons in Q1FY3/26, the analyst tells investors.
