Internet Initiative Japan initiated with a Buy at Citi

Citi analyst Mitsunobu Tsuruo initiated coverage of Internet Initiative Japan with a Buy rating and 3,000 yen price target. The analyst thinks the company’s business lines are likely to expand after the upfront investment phase and that the shares offer medium-term investment appeal.
