International Bancshares raises quarterly cash dividend 4.76% to 66c per share

International Bancshares announced that on Jan. 31, 2024, IBC’s Board of Directors approved the declaration of a 66c per share cash dividend for shareholders of record of Common Stock, $1.00 par value, as of the close of business on Feb. 15, 2024, payable on Feb. 28, 2024. This dividend represents a 4.76% or 3c per share increase above IBC’s previous dividend paid on Aug. 25, 2023.
