Morgan Stanley raised the firm’s price target on Intel (INTC) to $41 from $38 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The company reported upside to Q4 estimates but the Q1 outlook reflects “meaningful supply constraints,” which is “problematic,” the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says supply constraints will not make Intel’s customers feel better about its ability to consistently serve them in foundry.
