Integra Resources (ITRG) announced that Integra’s board of directors has appointed George Salamis as president, CEO and director and Anna Ladd-Kruger as chair of the board, effective immediately. Salamis succeeds Jason Kosec as Integra’s president and CEO. Kosec has also resigned as a director of the company. Since founding the company in 2017, Salamis has been either president and CEO or executive chair of Integra.
