InspireMD (NSPR) announced the appointment of Raymond W. Cohen to its Board of Directors. Until May of 2025, Mr. Cohen served as Chairman of SoniVie, a clinical stage company focused on a device treatment for hypertension until it was acquired by Boston Scientific for $600 million.
