InnovAge appoints Pavithra Mahesh, Sean Traynor to board of directors

InnovAge (INNV) Holding announced the appointment of Pavithra Mahesh and Sean Traynor to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Ms. Mahesh will serve as a Class III director and as a member of the Quality and Compliance Committee, and Mr. Traynor will serve as a Class I director and as a member of the Compensation, Nominating and Governance Committee. In connection with these appointments, the Board expands its size from nine to eleven directors. Mahesh currently serves as a Principal on the services team at Apax Partners. Traynor currently serves as a General Partner in the healthcare group of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe.
