Barclays lowered the firm’s price target on Inmobiliaria Vesta (VTMX) to $34 from $35 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The firm says tariffs are discouraging investors from investing in a Mexico real estate sector “that has solid fundamentals and attractive valuations.”
