Ingersoll Rand has acquired Termomeccanica Industrial Compressors and its subsidiary Adicomp with a purchase price of approximately EUR 160M. TMIC and Adicomp are based in Italy, with an existing presence in North America and recent expansion into Brazil and India, and improve the company’s RNG gas-ends and packaging presence. The businesses will join the Industrial Technologies and Services segment.
