An environmental nonprofit filed a lawsuit against ING Groep (ING) alleging the bank has failed to conduct its business while adequately taking climate change into account, Gautam Naik of Bloomberg reports. “ING must clearly report all emissions for which the company is responsible, but must also halve those emission,” the suite sent to ING said, according to Bloomberg.
