InfuSystem announces $20M stock repurchase program

InfuSystem (INFU) announced that the company’s Board of Directors has approved a stock repurchase program authorizing the company to repurchase up to $20M of the company’s outstanding common stock starting on July 1, 2026 and running through June 30, 2028. The program will supersede the previous authorization which is set to expire on June 30, 2026. Under the current authorization, the company repurchased approximately 1.6M shares of stock for approximately $11.9M though March 31, 2026. Repurchases will be made through open market purchases, private transactions, or otherwise in accordance with applicable federal securities laws, including Rule 10b-18 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Carrie Lachance, Chief Executive Officer of InfuSystem, said, “This authorization carries on the Company’s established buyback policy which we have used when appropriate to enhance shareholder value. I believe the stock repurchase program demonstrates our confidence in being able to continue to execute with discipline, deliver profitable growth and drive long term value for the rest of 2026 and beyond. It also reflects the strength of our balance sheet and cash flows. Our top priority for use of capital remains making strategic investments that position the Company for sustainable growth, although this program provides us with the flexibility to be opportunistic in repurchasing shares when valuations become attractive.”
