Infleqtion has appointed Jason Hall as chief legal officer, effective November 10, 2025. Hall has advised global organizations through complex legal matters and built scalable, high-performing legal functions. In this role, he will oversee all legal, regulatory, and compliance functions for Infleqtion, supporting the company’s strategic growth and strengthening governance practices. Hall is joining Infleqtion after it announced in September that it plans to go public through a business combination with Churchill Capital Corp X (CCCX), a special purpose acquisition company.
