Independent advisor recommends Aurinia shareholders to vote FOR board proposals

Aurinia Pharmaceuticals (AUPH) announced that leading independent proxy advisor Institutional Shareholder Services or has recommended that Aurinia shareholders vote FOR all proposals put forth by the Board of Directors at the Company’s 2025 Annual General Meeting on Thursday, May 15. ISS supports all of the proposals in the Company’s proxy statement and management information circular, including approving the six director nominees, the proposed auditor, the non-binding advisory vote on the Company’s approach to executive compensation, and an amendment to the Company’s Equity Incentive Plan. Shareholders of record at the close of business on April 12 are entitled to notice of, and to vote on the proposals described in the Proxy Statement/Circular.
