Inception Growth Acquisition extends business combination period

Inception Growth Acquisition (IGTA) deposited $11,199.60 into the company’s trust account on April 10 in order to extend the period of time the company has to complete a business combination for an additional one month period, from April 13 to May 13. The purpose of the extension is to provide additional time for the company to complete a business combination.
