Inception Growth Acquisition (IGTA) announced that on October 9, the Company deposited $13,242.15 into the Company’s trust account in order to extend the period of time the Company has to complete a business combination for an additional one month period, from October 13 to November 13. The purpose of the extension is to provide additional time for the Company to complete a business combination.
