Immunic (IMUX) announced the pricing of a registered direct offering of 5,666,667 shares of its common stock at a price of 90c per share, led by Aberdeen Investments. All securities in the offering are being sold by Immunic. The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $5.1M before deducting commissions and offering expenses. The offering is expected to close on or about April 10. The company intends to use the proceeds to fund its clinical trials and operations and for other general corporate purposes. Titan Partners Group, a division of American Capital Partners, is acting as the sole placement agent for the offering.
