ImmuCell (ICCC) Corporation announced that it has commenced a search for a successor in the position of President and CEO. Brigham’s prior additional responsibilities as principal financial officer have been transferred to the Company’s recently hired Chief Financial Officer, Timothy Fiori. The Board of Directors’ search process for a new CEO is already underway with the expectation that Brigham would be available to help transition his CEO responsibilities as well.
