Immersion receives additional noncompliance notification from Nasdaq

Immersion (IMMR) announced that the company received an additional delinquency notice from Nasdaq based on the company’s failure to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended January 31 indicating that such failure to file, in addition to its failure to file the quarterly reports on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarters ended July 31 and October 31, 2025 with the SEC on a timely basis, could serve as an additional basis for delisting from the Nasdaq. The staff determination letter has no immediate effect and will not immediately result in the suspension of trading or delisting
