Immatics announces proposed $150M underwritten public offering

Immatics announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of its ordinary shares. The offering is subject to market conditions and other factors, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. Jefferies, BofA Securities and Leerink Partners are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
