Illumina (ILMN) announced changes to its Board of Directors. Frances Arnold, PhD, Robert Epstein, MD, and Gary Guthart, PhD, will retire from the Board in connection with the company’s upcoming annual meeting of shareholders, and the Board has nominated David King to be elected as a member of the Board. King is the former Executive Chairman and CEO of Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings, and currently serves as a director and chair of both Privia Health and AmSurg Corporation, and as a director of Smith & Nephew.
