iHeartMedia (IHRT) is holding talks about a possible combination with Sirius XM (SIRI) in a deal that would combine the largest radio station owner in the U.S. with the largest satellite radio service, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg’s Ashley Carman, Lucas Shaw and Michelle Davis. The talks are preliminary and there’s no guarantee any deal will happen, said the sources, and representatives for iHeartMedia and Sirius XM declined to comment, reported Bloomberg.
