ICZOOM has received written notice from Nasdaq informing the company that it has regained compliance with listing rules. On July 9, the company received written notice from the Nasdaq notifying the company that it was not in compliance with the listing rule which requires that Nasdaq-listed companies hold an annual meeting of shareholders within twelve months of their fiscal year end. As the company held an annual general meeting of shareholders on August 20, the staff of Nasdaq determined that the company has regained compliance with the Annual Shareholder Meeting Requirement, and the matter is closed accordingly.
