Hyperfine announces first sales of next-gen Swoop system

Hyperfine (HYPR) announced the first commercial sales of its next-generation Swoop system, the first FDA-cleared AI-powered portable MRI system for brain imaging. Two top-tier hospitals in the northeastern U.S. purchased the first units following the system’s recent FDA clearance and plan to use the technology in intensive care and emergency department settings. The system is designed to bring brain imaging to a patient’s point of care. Hyperfine stated the initial sales mark a critical step toward widespread clinical adoption.
