Stifel raised the firm’s price target on Hyatt (H) to $170 from $164 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares following quarterly results. The firm notes the company reported a Q4 Adjusted EPS beat, but adjusted EBITDA missed Street estimates. Hyatt expects 2026 comparable system-wide constant dollar RevPAR to be 1.0%-3.0% above 2025, and 2026 net unit growth of 6.0%-7.0%. As it relates to 1Q26, management noted it faces a tough year-over-year comparison and expects roughly half of the negative impact from Hurricane Melissa to affect the company’s fee business and distribution segment, Stifel adds.
