Huron (HURN) announced it has acquired the payor consulting services division of Axiom Systems. The acquisition expands Huron’s capabilities in the payor ecosystem. Approximately 40 Axiom team members have joined Huron. For reporting purposes, Axiom’s payor consulting services division will be included in Huron’s Healthcare operating segment. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
