RBC Capital analyst Arun Viswanathan lowered the firm’s price target on Huntsman (HUN) to $12 from $15 and keeps a Sector Perform rating on the shares after its Q1 earnings and revenue miss. Price remains challenged and volumes remain weak, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Given Huntsman’s Q2 guide to little sequential improvement and only a slight turnaround headwind, the firm expects a smaller step-up for the second half of the year, RBC adds, also cutting its FY25 EPS view to (38c) from 20c.
