Hudson Technologies (HDSN) announced that chairman and CEO Brian Coleman has stepped down effective immediately. Brian Coleman has led Hudson Technologies as chairman, president and CEO since June 2020. He joined Hudson Technologies as CFO in 1997 and was later appointed president and COO in August 2001. Until the board completes its process and a permanent replacement is appointed, Brian Bertaux, CFO, will assume CEO responsibilities on an interim basis.
