HSBC (HSBC) is preparing a foray into the private credit market, Lawrence White, Sinead Cruise and Stefania Spezzati of Reuters reports, citing five sources with knowledge of the plans. The company has held talks with private credit firms about a potential partnership, two sources said, according to Reuters.
