HSBC (HSBC) is considering a global mandate to force employees back to office at least three days a week, as the company works to reconcile a patchwork of policies across its operations, Ortenca Aliaj of The Financial Times reports. CEO Georges Elhedery discussed a group-wide return to office policy with executives, people involved in the deliberations told the Times. Discussions are ongoing and no decision has been made yet, one source said.
