HostPapa announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the CloudBlue business from Ingram Micro (INGM). “This strategic move will strengthen HostPapa’s position as a cloud services platform for its customers, enabling digital transformation through strategic partnerships with telcos, Managed Service Providers, resellers, agencies, and hyperscalers,” HostPapa stated. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Closing of the transaction is expected in the third quarter of 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
