Morgan Stanley lowered the firm’s price target on Host Hotels (HST) to $14 from $15 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The firm has lowered estimates for lodging and timeshare stocks in its coverage on weaker demand indicators and tweaked down multiples to mark to market, the analyst tells investors.
