Stephens raised the firm’s price target on Hormel Foods (HRL) to $27 from $25 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. While the firm thinks investors can become incrementally more constructive on the strength of Foodservice, it would prefer to see clearer evidence of sustained margin improvement in Retail “before taking a more decisive stance,” the analyst says in a post-earnings note.
