New Horizon Aircraft (HOVR) has been awarded an INSAT program non-dilutive grant to help fund ‘CRYSTAL’, an all-weather eVTOL project in partnership with Flight Centre of Excellence and the University of Toronto. CRYSTAL has an estimated total expenditure of $10.5M, and Horizon Aircraft will receive $2M in grant proceeds.
