New Horizon Aircraft (HOVR) announces that Tom Brassington has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer. Tom joins from Lilium (LILM) where he held the position of Head of System Design Engineering. He takes up his new role at Horizon Aircraft at the end of October 2024.
