Honda (HMC) plans to move production of its hybrid Civic model from Japan to the U.S. in response to the tariffs on imported cars, Nicholas Takahashi of Bloomberg reports. Production of the Civic began in February in the Saitama prefecture in Japan and will be relocated around June or July to the company’s plant in Indiana.
