The FTC has been probing Hims & Hers Health’s business practices for more than a year, including whether it has made it too hard for customers to cancel subscriptions, Bloomberg’s Madison Muller and Leah Nylen report, citing people familiar with the investigation. The company has not been formally accused of wrongdoing, though it acknowledged last year that it was “voluntarily cooperating” with an FTC probe. Hims & Hers has more than 2.4 million subscribers who pay a monthly fee for access to doctors that prescribe medications for common conditions like obesity, hair loss and erectile dysfunction.
