Mizuho analyst Ben Chaiken raised the firm’s price target on Hilton (HLT) to $272 from $263 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares post the Q4 report. The company’s RevPAR and industry trends are improving, and it will move higher on earnings growth, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says the overall lodging fundamentals are improving post-election.
