Crow Holdings and Hilton (HLT) announced a new long-term management agreement for Hilton Anatole. The recommitted partnership coincides with a $100M investment to renovate the hotel’s Atrium Tower guest rooms, meeting spaces, common areas, and other amenities over the next several years, bolstering the Anatole’s reputation as a premier destination for visitors and corporate groups. The property is owned by Crow Holdings and managed by Hilton. Hilton Anatole will undergo a comprehensive renovation set to take place through 2028. Updates to the 718 guestrooms in the Tower were recently completed, and the next phase will include renovations to the 899 guestrooms in the Atrium and 600,000 square feet of meeting and event space, as well as enhanced food and dining options and other capital expenditures.
